NPP was great! We needed a new roof and their rep Josh Setser was amazing every step of the way through our roofing process. He kept us informed and the day of install was there to ensure the project went smoothly. Thank you Josh and NPP!!

Reviews
From the start, Angelica Orahood was professional, knowledgable and put me at ease by explaining the roject from start to finish. She communicated frequently and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company based on their work but more i.poryantly because of Angelica's exemplary customer service. Rarely do I say that a company and their personnel are phenomenal but in this case there are no other words to describe my delight with my new roof. I owe my big smile and satisfaction to Angelica. If I could give her a 10, I would!!!!
Angelica at New Paradigm Projects has been such a joy to work with. I met her back in April when my neighbor got her roof done with them. Unfortunately, I didn't think my roof was an issue at the time until I developed a leak. I am so happy Angelica was prompt on getting me taken care of. I highly recommend her and New Paradigm Projects.
