Nathan is a small business owner who works out of his home. He is kind and honest. His work was super fast and he was conscious of getting me, another small business person, up and running again when my scanner stopped working. He kept me updated on his progress all while he was working on it and he went above and beyond for me. I felt that his price was quite fair for what he did. I am back in business again, thanks to him. I highly recommend Nathan.

What prompted my contact with this business was the utter cavalier attitude I got from the Geek Squad on the presenting problem. We have a mid-range priced ($300) Epson printer strictly for home use. It was in storage for about 4 months as we made a move selling one house and building another. Once in the new house, we set up the printer to use. It only printed in very light tones. We did the usual self maintenance stuff (head cleaning, etc. without success. Next stop was to Best Buy (not where we purchased the machine but a potential repair place). Excellent comprehensive services for computer and printer support. My laser printer stopped communication with my PC and was driving me nuts. After contacting a handful of tech support services, I was left with a possible appointment 2 weeks out. I found Nathan's Computer & Printer Service and he was there the next business day, actually it was a holiday (Labor Day). Nathan solved my issue quickly and taught me how to remedy it if it happens again. Excellent and courteous and quick. Highly recommended!
