Muddy Branch is excellent, from the reception team, to the technicians, to the doctors, everyone was welcoming and warm! The doctor spent time answering every question I had and explained all options available. I feel so at ease knowing this team is helping care for my geriatric cat. Thank you Muddy Branch team, I am so glad we chose you!
Update: My cat, Magic, has been on a health rollercoaster over the last 5 months and the Muddy Branch team has been there every step of the way. Ultimately, it ended up being Magic’s time to cross the rainbow bridge. Best bet I've ever been to, dog loves going, staff is friendly and great at what they do, make sure to make every visit good for everyone and they truly do care about each and every pet that goes in, can't recommend enough
Been bringing my cats here since 2017. From the friendly front staff to the techs and docs who are seriously so good with our babies.. I've had a positive experience each time. They are reasonable and explain everything so well.
