Montgomery Village Veterinary Center is a friendly and professional veterinary clinic that offers prompt emergency care and thorough services. Known for its small-town feel and neighborly atmosphere, the clinic provides attentive care for both dogs and cats, handling even difficult or stressed animals with ease. Clients appreciate the caring and expert team, including Dr. Petros and Alex, who communicate clearly and treat pets with kindness. The clinic has a warm, old-school charm, with friendly lobby cats adding to its welcoming environment. Services include grooming, with notable results such as clean teeth and healthy-looking pets. The staff is responsive and attentive to pets' needs, making it a trusted choice for many pet owners. Although the clinic is a bit eccentric, with dogs and cats roaming in the waiting area, it remains highly recommended for its quality care, friendly staff, and convenient appointments. It is a place where pets are treated like family.
I have used Montgomery Village veterinary (on Rothbury) for many years for both my dogs and cats. Dr Petros performed emergency surgery on my dog after a bad injury. I am so thankful for their emergency services, and I trust them for their outstanding animal care.
I've been bringing my rescued dog Dakota to Dr. P since 2020 and both him and his wife Alex been treating us so nice. Lovely people who care deeply about animals🙏🏼❤
Dr Petros is our go too. He is there when you need him! He saved our dogs life twice and kept him on 24 hour care. We were not a regular at this office and he saved our dogs life on a holiday. He put a jumpsuit over a suit and tie and came in to help us. He saved our dogs life on two separate occasions. He was able to make a diagnose fast when time matters and help us get an appointment with oncology in DC. He was there for us even though we were not his full time patients. We made the switch to this office and won’t look back. I would give more stars if I could!
