She was very friendly and professional from start to finish. I went to get a facial and she made sure I was comfortable during the session and took the time to engage with me as a customer. Additionally, she followed up regarding my skin around 24 hours after my session, which was great. Please be aware when tht there is a down payment at the time of booking the session before you make the rest of the payment once your session is over. (E.g. a session that costs $120 would be paid $20 at the time of booking, then the other $100 once you come and finish your session).

My experience was great! It was my first time getting a wax in a few years so it was rough but she was very nice and comforting! And we had great conversation. Definitely worth it. Will be coming back in a month for another waxService: Brazilian waxing

If you’re looking for a new waxer or it’s your first time… RUN don’t walk ! Mimi was honestly the best waxer I’ve ever been too, her places is clean, relaxing and welcoming. Her energy and personally was phenomenal! I felt comfortable and safe the entire time i was there. She offered great services and conversation. I love that she chooses to get to know her clients and doesn’t make it awkward. I also love that she does wellness checks the day after to make sure everything is going well and that you enjoyed your appointment.
