The handles were also odd, as there was no way to lock the gate from the outside, making it only lockable from the inside.

Master Fences is one of the most expert and professional companies I've ever dealt with. They are honest, honorable, flexible and highly skilled at their profession. I have used them on 2 occasions: to install a new split rail fence and to install and design my front gate !! Everyone so admired the work that 3 of my neighbors used them as well.
