There’s nothing like pampering yourself with an amazing massage from Peggy! She’s hard to get an appointment with so book early. I actually love it so much that I have a membership and go every other week, it’s so much cheaper! It’s ME TIME!
Front desk staff is friendly and inviting! Get there at least 10 minutes early to sit in their relaxation room and remind yourself to breathe and relax before going into your massage! Trust me, it makes a difference to your experience.

Also, if you can splurge, go for 90 minutes! So worth that extra 30 minutes to decompress!
The massage therapist I 've booked at this venue is very good. But its management never delivered on its promises regarding my dealings with my original member clinic. And neither that clinic's management never nor the company wrote me about the sudden closing of that clinic or about what my membership options were thereafter. Additionally, getting appointments has been hit or miss when you have a popular therapist and the prices keep rising to a point where it isn't worth the hassle!
I have been a member for about 1.5 years prior to the pandemic/lock down. I have had NOTHING but GREAT experiences with the therapists and the managers at this location. While it may be true that there has been some turnover in Managers Mollie & Michelle + Dushawn (sp) have been nothing but kind, courteous and accommodating to me. Its a small team but I have not hade any problems! I have received massages from Britteny, Alex, Chow, Yaw and Danielle. Every session has been pleasant and all of my needs are met each time. In the last year, I have been seeing Peggy; her skill as a massage/stretch therapist is EXTRAORDINARY! Her work with me has given me increased movement, flexibility, in addition to reduced back & hip pain. Massage Envy @Crown is a place I think of as a second home for holistic healing in my life!
