We visited Maple Springs Veterinary Hospital for the first time and were truly impressed by the outstanding customer service and the genuine care they showed for our pet. Dr. Sandra took her time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions and concerns. As new puppy parents, having guidance from a knowledgeable expert really gave us confidence and motivation to continue working with and training our puppy.
We were also very impressed by the detailed follow-up email we received, which included a recap of everything discussed during our visit, such a helpful touch. Overall, a wonderful experience!
We’ve been going to Maple Springs for a year now and we have had nothing but positive experiences. They welcomed us and were so kind and supportive in answering all of our questions and providing education and recommendations the moment we brought our new puppy in! They have been patient and honest with any kind of question or concern from there on out. It’s typically quick to get an appointment and there’s never any wait times. they are respectful of all patients and families and even offer boarding services with some staff if wanted.
