I frantically contacted Kentlands Veterinary Hospital when I needed urgent help with my dog. It was near closing and my own vet practice wouldn't stay late to see my dog. I called an emergency vet and they said there was an 8 hour wait. I called Kentlands vet and said I wasn't a client, but I desperately needed help. The doctor offered to stay late to see my dog even though I wasn't a client. She is clearly passionate about animals, placing their needs above her own. She was quickly able to diagnose the problem and literally saved me hours of waiting and hundreds of dollars at the emergency vet. Outstanding provider for your dog. We’re new dog parents and they have been very helpful and supportive. Rachel, the physical therapist has been such a blessing to our dog’s recovery from MPL surgery. They’re kind and caring.
My vet never forced us to do anything we didn’t want to for our dog! I am glad to have found a dog doctor who understands the real science behind some of the malicious practices (intentional or not) in the vet world. Much love and blessings to all of you!
