Henry is amazing! He knows his profession and the market incredibly well and was very good at explaining the process and rationale behind different parts of the process. His advice on how to structure the offer was critical--he learned what was important to the seller, and we were able to submit a winning offer by meeting the seller's priorities and timeline. He is also well-connected, and none of his recommendations have steered me wrong. I bought my first residence with him and was glad to have him as my realtor again!
