I used James on 3 home purchases. My first home purchase was during covid, I was laid off from my job for a short period and the same company bought me back. After going to several lenders and getting denied, I went to James and he somehow made it happen. My third home purchase (last month) was the most difficult home transaction I have ever experienced. I went through the seller lenders (2 different lenders) who weren’t responsive and refused to use my income when I been working 2 jobs for several years.
