Damaris' energy is amazing. She offers clarity and peace by providing a safe space to be vulnerable and open up about your feelings. I went to an emotional healing session and I feel way more grounded, joyful and peaceful.Thank you Damaris!

Went to a cooking class there. They head beautiful fresh ingredients. They had an great selection between chicken, steak, and fish. They have gluten free and vegan options as well. It is great if you are new to cooking they can give good tips and suggestions of what to cook and what to cook with. My only suggestion would be to have sharper knives. But otherwise we had a great time last Friday!
