The Gaithersburg location was fantastic. I had previously had two providers cancel my appointment last minute and was very frustrated, because only had one treatment prior to those cancellations. Gaithersburg accommodated me last minute, and the provider I worked with did a great job and was very thorough. They truly went above and beyond and I look forward to my next visit.

I was unable to attend my appointment at the time scheduled and ms. Chinelo went above and beyond to still accommodate me. I’m sincerely grateful for the awesome staff at ideal image, from the providers to the front desk ladies. What an amazing team!
