Nick was very polite, helpful and answered all my questions. He gave me some advice on when to get my chimney cleaned again and possibly ask for a drone next time. We'll be asking for High's again.
Nick Vance came to our address last week (Wed, 10/22) to give an in-person estimate for work on our fireplace and chimney. We wanted the estimate to be split into two stages: (1) keeping outdoor elements (mostly effects of weather) and (2) making the fireplace and chimney fully functional. We do not intend to use the fireplace, so item (1) is our main concern and item (2) is for future selling purposes. Nick understood our viewpoint right away and gave us an estimate that fit our needs and desires. He answered all questions clearly and his descriptions were equally clear. Used High's yesterday and I reiterate...they solved a problem expertly...best fire on my insert stove...room heating beautifully! Have used them for years for much needed serving on a variety of projects ! The MOST informative, professional, and wonderful team ... never disappointed !
