Chris, the lead technician, was very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained the work they completed, and gave an excellent assement of the condition of my chimney and fireplace. Additionally, they were very clean and neat while in the house. I highly recommend High's Chimney Service.
Everyone at High's was a pleasure to work with! We had multiple delays & reschedules to complete my chimney project due to my HOA regulations, but High's was patient and worked with me every step of the way. When we finally got the OK to complete the project, the crew was polite, efficient, and completed the work in about half the time estimated. Fantastic company with really great people!
High’s provided a free second opinion after another company did an inspection and recommended repairs. They were honest and fair, and when we chose them to do the job, they were punctual, trustworthy, meticulous, and lovely to work with. We were dreading fixing our chimney and fireplace.
