I arrived and filled out paperwork, similar to a doctor's office. This was easy and the receptionist was very helpful. The swedish massage was excellent. I wished that it went on for another hour!

I’m a former makeup artist and have been getting facials for about 18 years. A friend recommended Vivian at Hand and Stone and I decided to try a rosacea facial with hand treatment. Vivian was amazing! Gentle with application, wonderful massage and very personable and professional. I will def be going back once my baby is born and signing up for their monthly packages. They use a great line of skincare here and the monthly rate for facial/massage is incredibly reasonable. Try them out!

Overall spa was good, it was clean and relaxing and welcoming environment. although, the esthetician who serviced me named diamond, was very aggressive, leaving me in tragic trauma . She needs some training. Because this is serious. During the facial she was very aggressive with my skin during extractions. Honestly she couldn’t answer my all questions and was very vague.
