First, Bill gave me the ingredients for a solution for cleaning stains, then Tina so sweet and sensitive to my needs, which calmed me scheduled me for a cleaning the next day. Then there was Rigo who actually cleaned the carpet. I could not believe the result. The stains were dark brown. In half an hour, the carpet looked like new again. This was a fantastic experience!! I had a water damaged oriental rug that needed a lot of attention. Tina was very honest in explaining that the rug would come back clean, but the colors that bled probably couldn't be corrected. The rug came back better than expected and on time. The price was fair and I'm pleased with the pickup and delivery. Rigo delivered the rug and was very helpful making sure it was positioned properly in the room (it is a large rug) and that I was happy with the furniture placement. It's refreshing to deal with people that actually do what the promise, and more.
