Friendly, professional staff who work well with pet parents. There is a professional, friendly atmosphere and questions and concerns are addressed well. It’s also very helpful to walk out with the necessary medication(s) and very clear directions. There’s a feeling that your pet is in good hands.

I am absolutely floored by Dr. Bender’s compassion and empathy and dedication as well the professionalism of his team and the entire set up of the practice. I called the after hours line because of an emergency on thanksgiving day when my pet was throwing up and had rectal bleeding with diarrhea . The answering service listened to me patiently and asked if my pet was an existing patient. Despite the fact that we said that she wasn’t he was compassionate and said that he would relay our message . Awesome experience with Dr Bender and his staff. My first visit to Grove Center Vet Hospital, Dr Bender took time explaining in detail information about His health. The staff very kind and very help me for have paper for airline .Thank you so much.
