We've been regular customers with GAC for more than 3 years now. We were very luck that the first electrician they sent out to us was Chris M. We were so pleased with Chris' professionalism and work that we've requested him exclusively for all other services since (and GAC is always happy to oblige). Chris is always on time, takes the time to listen to our concerns, and then educates us on the issue and solutions. GAC's prices are very reasonable and we're extremely happy with Chris' work. GAC continues to provide the highest quality customer service. We had our semi-annual HVAC service checkup the other day. As usual, our tech was very thorough and informative, including providing short videos to show the condition of our equipment.
While we are still in good shape, having some visuals showing areas to keep an eye on, is very helpful.
I can honestly say that of the several different techs we've had come to our house to perform checkups and repairs over the years, everyone of them has delivered professional, informative and nothing short of outstanding service.

Short wait for diagnostic visit, great communication from technician, correct diagnosis and fixed on stated schedule. Took pictures of the issue and the fix when done, and sent the pictures to me as the process unfolded. Highly professional and courteous staff. Pricing seemed appropriate for the problem. I signed up for a service contract. These folks know their business and do it well.
