We lost power in almost half of our house, and was unable to resolve the issue by attempting to turn off and on the related circuit breaker switches. Grateful that Brian picked up our call and put us in his schedule the following day. He arrived wearing his safety mask and was very courteous as he figured out the problem. He resolved the problem to our satisfaction and provided additional maintenance advice.
