My kids love their classes at District Dance. My youngest needs to do things in “her own time” so she’s eased in with a 6-week mini class that didn’t involve recitals or costumes, it was perfect at the time.
Once she saw her big sister in a recital, she decided she was ready for it. Now we are there 3 days a week.
But my kids aren’t competitive dancers, they do it for the fun of it. It’s a great environment, the teachers and staff are awesome, no pressure to do more unless the kids want it.

My daughter has attended District Dance for about three years, and overall, it has been a wonderful experience. The studio is exceptionally organized, which is something I appreciate more than I can express. Every detail—from registration to class offerings, costumes, rehearsals, the spring ballet, and the June recital—is thoughtfully planned and clearly communicated. My granddaughter's first dance recital was a wonderful experience! The staff was organized and professional, everything ran on time, and the lighting and sound were excellent. Most importantly, the dancers looked like they were having so much fun. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
My granddaughter takes the Jazz/Hip Hop class and absolutely loves it. Ms Kelsey is a fantastic teacher who has helped make dance such a positive experience for her. We couldn't have been more impressed with the recital and look forward to many more!
