Dr Cain and all of the staff at CVCA Gaithersburg have been so kind and gentle with both of the cats we've taken. Dr. Cain takes time to explain the conditions in details and options for treatment. He has a strong desire to maintain quality of life for our pets while they are ill.They have provided excellent care both in the case of long term heart disease as well as sudden life threatening conditions. Through their care both cats have continued to live happy comfortable lives for much longer than we expected.I will continue to take my pets there, and any future pets that develop cardiac problems, for as long as I live in the area.

Dr Tim Cain has evaluated and treated my Boxers for the last 5 years. He is exceptional! Professional, knowledgeable and I would recommend him and his team to my family, friends or anyone looking for an excellent cardiologist for their pet.

Dr. Cain was so thorough in his exam of my dog while explaining the procedure and what he was finding. And I even had access to the written report when I arrived home!The staff made my senior pup so comfortable by warming the gel and talking to Cody in a soothing manner.I would highly recommend CVCA to any pet owner who's dog has heart issues. I always walk away with encouragement and great suggestions!!! Thank you CVCA!!!!!!!❤️
