I will pay whatever it takes to never come back to this optical center again. Horrible staff, impossible lines for pickup even, obviously lower end inventory and just general unpleasantness.. never again

Very long wait. No queuing ticket system. I tried to ask staff for instructions reagrding how to line up and was ignored. Staff are not helpful at all. They are essentially avoiding eye contact with customers looking for assistance. Eventually took me over 20 minutes just to talk to a staff, who couldn't give me a precise price quote for prescription glasses just because "it was hard for me to go back and forth in the system". Ridiculous. Avoid if you can.Update: Just went to another Costco Optical nearby. The staff in that place is way more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to give me a price quote right away. Staff in Gaithersburg location really needs...read full review

What a amazing doctor, Dr. Fang. And the test is perfect and fast. I always go and get Costco eye glasses with my prescription. This is my first experience with Dr. Fang. I should come here 10 years before. Because, her optical experience is 27 years :) I absolutely recommended.
