Community Angels was very accommodating to our needs. However, I had to train many of the aides how to care for my bedridden mother, especially the bi-weekly weekend aides. Fortunately, we had a very reliable and caring daily aide that became family.
It was such a comfort to have this company send us the help we needed most, at this time of our lives. Jasmine, the director of business development, was there to expedite everything we needed in a professional and timely manner. She was amazing, empathetic and personable, whenever and whatever I needed for my family member. If everyone works with such wonderful work ethics like Jasmine this world would be a nicer place. Tarere, the client coordinator, was also great to address any issues with the home health aides. CANS, INC take patient care and family input a priority to what they stand up for. Overall we were very pleased with the CNAs Community Angels provided. For a while we were getting a different person every time which didn’t help me as I was always spending time training a new person. But then we got a good experienced person which made my life as a caregiver much easier. I could trust and rely on this person to take good care of my husband. This person was also amenable to our schedule that we greatly appreciated. We would recommend Community Angels to anyone who needs help taking care of their loved ones.
