Got my safety prescriptions glasses from here, they helped me though the process even though they made no money due to the program I went through, and even did an extra fitting step in the end. Professional and helpful staff.
TRUE PROFESSIONAL and MASTERS OF THEIR CRAFT!!! Debbie’s professionalism, customer service and experience is hands down something you need to experience. It’s been 8+ years since I’ve had the overall GREATEST EXPERIENCE and selection of frames. I voiced my previous disappointments with other places and even went in with a specific color and brand of frame, It was executed to satisfaction and more, I truly appreciate everyone for helping me feel comfortable, confident and stylish.
Had a GREAT experience at the Kentlands location. I got frames that were causing me headaches. Really awful. Sergio in the Kentlands store adjusted them three times for me...then when I went in for the fourth time, he offered to refit me. I got new glasses (again), and, since the second frames were less $$$, he refunded me the difference! Super great customer service.
