The service was quick and painless. They did everything they said they would do with cleaning the vents and dryer duct. The price was fair and the service was amazing. They provided an estimate on any improvements with “NO UPCHARGES”. Would recommend
It started off as a promotion however my entire system needed to service clean and treated. When I tell you I’m breathing much better than I have since the pandemic. That’s how long it’s been for my air duct cleaning. Nevertheless they were informative, patient with my 4 dogs and two cats?. Told me what I needed down to keep the system working. And definitely threw in a discount because they were at my house at least 2 1/2 hours or more.
They didn't have a long ladder. Sort of unresponsive. They resolved issues but didn't send someone to replace the vent cage. Despite repeated calls, nothing happened, empty promises. Unprofessional, outsourced call center.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
