They came the day after I called. After a few minutes, the technician, Jerry, diagnosed the problem, explained to me what was wrong with the generator and showed me the diagnostics on the machine so I would have no questions about what the issue was. It needed a new battery. He was extremely, efficient and polite. I highly recommend this company—five stars.
