Care Plus provided the highest quality support to my father through a very difficult situation. They were readily able to staff up quickly and tailor the support to my fathers needs. Their caregivers were wonderful. Will always be grateful for their support.

I would not recommend Careplus Home Services as a care provider. Their services were engaged for an elderly female invalid. One care giver refused to take her to a medical appointment. When she was informed that this lapse would be overlooked, but if it would happen a second time then we would have to dispense with her services, she quit. They never performed an initial assessment and after much difficulty making arrangements a nurse, with virtually no prior notice, arrived at the wrong designated time and precipitated a stressful situation. Their billing department is pathetic. They will send you a statement with new terms of agreement, but not the acknowledgement form... read full review
