Supposed to show up at 8am. Waited, pulled all my furniture away from windows…. Said they knocked, which was completely untrue! I was up and about by the front door all morning taking trash out, talking to tenant, listening for my gate. Called and guy said they did knock several times. Then he basically called me a liar and said I was the one who didn’t hear them. Apparently they arrived around 8:17 and then left approximately 5 minutes later. That’s not even enough time to get your ladders and cleaning solution out and try again. Where did they think I was at 8am in the morning?!
