The owner is incredibly detail-oriented and a true perfectionist. She always offers professional recommendations while making sure you're comfortable with the final result. She even helped reshape my eyebrows after they had been over-threaded elsewhere, and they've looked so much better ever since.
I've been coming here since her mom was the original owner, all the way back to my middle school days. Over the years, I've had eyebrow threading, facials, lash lifts, and eyebrow tinting, and every service has been consistently excellent. Today I went in for a brown lamination for the first time. Urja did a fantastic job with my brow lamination. The full service was professional from beginning to end. I have a low pain tolerance and I find threading to be a bit painful but she was very accommodating and helped me countdown and take deep breaths before she threaded my eyebrows. I will definitely be back! ❤
