I am rewriting my review. The owner came and spoke with me and offered an explanation as to what was going on today. It made a lot of sense. My wish was that it was explained to me earlier. We had to wait a while because of the number of kids getting back to school styles, my kid included. The work (braids are looking great). I wish someone would have spoken with me about the back up sooner. The owner is very nice, maybe it is better to come off peak and not right before school. I change my rating because my kid’s hair looks great.

My daughter(10), enjoyed her experience with Sola. She said it didn't feel like she was getting braids. Wasn't too tight & came out nice. Only negative is my daughter wanted red highlights & they didn't have the color hair even though they say they provide hair.

Beyond amazing. From customer service to Belinda and Mimi getting my baby girl and I’s head right, I am beyond pleased. 100% recommend and definitely found my forever spot . Thank you Albertine and her wonderful braiders
