Mollie was an excellent masseuse. I had a stretch massage with deep tissue work. Tbh I think it was the best massage I ever had! She was very intuitive with my muscle soreness/knots. she applied the right amount of pressure, both light and firm, and seemed to listen to my body. I was relaxed and had significant pain relief afterwards.
I have been coming here for over a year and the experience is well worth it to me. Self care is never selfish is what I was told by someone near and dear to my heart and The Now allows me to heed those words.
Booking at minimum once a month is now part of my commitment to make sure my body is taken care of the same way everything else in my busy schedule receives time and focus.
