If i could give this place a 0 I would. They are very unprofessional. When my husbands grandfather died we called in and were given an amount for cost, we then called back to try and pay and was told by someone that worked there we didn't need to do anything and was told by family it was taken care of. Long story short it wasn't we live out of state so can't just go right in and pay. My mother in law who has a lot of health issues asked to be mailed a bill. We never received a bill or it would of been paid. Needless to say when I spoke to the lady on the phone today it was very unprofessional to say someone is on drugs when you don't know them and... read full review

I can’t express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Durst Funeral Home during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Our family has used Durst Funeral Home for 3 generations. They are extremely professional and highly consistent. Most recently, our mother passed away in SC. Stephanie seamlessly took care of all the logistics regarding her transfer to Frostburg. The service was beautiful. Stephanie was always available to answer our many questions and did her best to insure no detail was overlooked.
