Jalene is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Her office is welcoming, accessible (large bathroom in the suite, and the suite is right off the elevator) and has an abundance of parking. I was able to complete all of the paperwork online prior to my appointment, and she answered all of my questions during the consultation. She really took the time to calm my anxiety by explaining what she was going to do, before she actually did it. I seriously appreciate the extra effort she took to make sure I was comfortable during treatment.
I've been seeing Jalene for electrolysis for a while now and she has been great! She's very knowledgeable about the process, and does an amazing job at making it a comfortable environment. It feels more like hanging out with a friend rather than getting a procedure done!
Jalene is amazing! She is extremely accepting. She listens to your goals and helps develop a plan to achieve those goals. She has educated me at every step of the way and helped my comfort level to the point I am going to tackle more sensitive areas of the body for hair removal. She really does make sure your comfort level takes center stage every time you are on the table. I have fallen asleep on the table many times because of her gentle approach to electrolysis. She truly is a one of a kind practitioner.
