This is our fourth time getting windows from Window World of Frederick and after 21 years, we have finally finished replacing all the original windows. We couldn’t be more pleased. The sales process is easy - no pressure, just helpful information. The windows are beautiful and make our house feel new again. They stand behind their warranties too. I’m not sure why someone would want to pay more than double for Thompson Crerk, Pella, or Anderson and have to deal with the hard sell. These windows seem to be every bit as good. Thanks again!
Good experience. I worked with Caprice and she was great. She communicated with me to confirm everything.They arrived on time. They made making a payment easy. They cleaned up afterwards and the product is beautiful.
Adam came at 10am , was very courteous, replaced my handle on the patio door within minutes , was very considerate about the cats wanting to make sure none of them would run outside, he’s an asset to your company! Thank you Adam and window world !
