I stopped in to start planning a full kitchen remodel and honestly did not expect to leave feeling as confident as I did. Rachael took so much time with me. We talked through cabinet styles, countertop options, layout functionality and what a realistic budget and timeline actually looks like. She asked questions I had not even thought about yet and that made all the difference in narrowing down what I actually want. Emmy showed up right on time to take a look at my shower leak issue. She assessed the problem quickly and was able to determine the job would be too small in scope for VKB. Despite that, she gave me contact info for a smaller handyman size company that would be best for the job.
Their communications with us were very good. Emmy is a very good designer. She listened closely to us and developed layouts/designs for our Master Bathroom Suite that included most all of our wishes and needs. Her selection and recommendations for the materials and colors are a testament to her experience and talents. If you are considering remodeling your bathroom, I can highly recommend adding VKB (in Frederick) to your list of bidders for consideration. Thus far, (through the bidding process) we are very pleased with VKB!
