I absolutely love this place! I've only been twice, but I will be coming back. I feel so at peace when I'm in the sauna and all the stress just melts away. I highly recommend to anyone looking for some rest and relaxation.
Michelle is not only very knowledgeable, but incredibly customer-focused and accommodating. She tries to be sure each visit offers the optimal benefits to meet your needs. Highly recommend!
Definitely recommend this place and infrared saunas in general. This is the first time I have ever taken a sauna and I feel great. Skin feels smooth and has reduced my eczema. Overall, I feel so good even hours after.
