The room Meredith designed for us is a multi-purpose room- it's a formal living room and an office. It needed to be somewhat formal for client meetings, but also comfortable. I wanted to renovate my kitchen & bathrooms. And I think $50K is ample amount of money to redo a kitchen & 3 bathrooms (1 master & two small baths). I watch HGTV all the time and they can renovate a house on minimum of $50 - $100K. If Love it or List it can do why can't Tuscan Blue Design? They should appeal to more buyer not people who can only afford $100K or more. Even when you have a fire and insurance covers a whole house for $100K and I ONLY want to redo 4 rooms SMH. I will take my $50K budget where someone appreciates it.
