Topper Construction

Topper Construction, a well-known roofing and siding contractor in the Mid-Atlantic region, has been providing quality exterior building and home improvement solutions since 1988. Located in Frederick, Maryland, with a satellite office in Pittsburgh, the company is praised for its quick, professional, and competitively priced services. Many customers have shared their positive experiences regarding Topper's work, including roof replacements with 50-year warranty shingles. The detailed approach of teams like Carlos’s has impressed customers, who appreciated being shown the condition of their roofs before repairs and the thorough cleanup afterward. Thanks to Callum's inspection assistance, customers have effectively avoided costly leaks by addressing roof damage early.

Recently, clients expressed satisfaction after having their roof, gutters, and soffits replaced. While Topper was not the lowest bid they received, they valued the trust they had in the company. Mark, a fantastic salesperson, provided low-pressure, honest, and detailed explanations of the process, which made customers confident in their decision. The installation crew did an excellent job, not just in their work but also in follow-up efforts, like double-sweeping the lawn for nails, which was appreciated by pet owners.

Callum, another representative, was noted for his helpfulness and professionalism throughout the project. His dedication to constant follow-up contributed to a smooth experience, reinforcing Topper Construction's reputation as a highly recommended choice for homeowners, new home builders, and general contractors seeking reliable and high-quality exterior contracting services. The company emphasizes a customer-friendly process, providing detailed contracts that include Lifetime 100% Coverage for materials and labor.
