Roland Thompson works diligently, cutting each piece to exact measurements, and leads by example with exemplary knowledge and skill. He bends over backwards to make customers very pleased and happy. The showroom is stocked with any flooring your heart desires, and there is a wonderful kid’s playroom with interactive toys. Excellent pricing and top-tier installation are consistent themes. One customer loved their new floor, and another noted the team was a life saver after major water damage, handling about 3000 sq ft of new hardwood, carpet, ceramic tile, and vinyl. Our floors look amazing now. We moved into a home in Frederick built in 1968. IT had wood floors, but boy did the previous owners spill everything under the sun on them.
Paint, nail polish, more paint. The previous owners had neglected the floors and we wanted to get them looking amazing again.
Robert from Thompson flooring came out, gave us a fair quote and we got rocking and rolling.
Communication was great and the hardwood now slap.

Oh my goodness!!! I just love my new floor!! Roland Thompson work diligently cutting each piece of this floating floor to exact measurements ! His helper, George, did good work also!! Roland never took a break for 6 hours! He has done custom carpeting and kitchen flooring for me for 45 years and it’s always just a joy!! I live in a condo and when I have socials, folks always comment on the custom work! Roland will bend over backwards to make his customers very pleased and happy!!
