I went in today for a demi glaze color to blend grays (and a haircut) with a level two student. Gabrielle did such a great job!! I couldn't be happier with the cut and color-- and the customer service was awesome.

This was my first time at this location. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming. I came for a trim, face framing layers and a conditioning treatment. My stylist, Caylin, was incredibly kind and professional. My hair was in rough shape: dry, neglected, and in desperate need of conditioning and layers. Caylin and her instructors took the time to provide excellent feedback and guidance, working together to make sure my hair got the attention it needed. I noticed the same efforts with other students. The service I got from the student, Mihonna, was honestly amazing, especially for the price. She was super attentive and asked a lot of questions about my regular hair routine and what I wanted done. I got a trim, wash, and mold, and everything turned out great.

What really stood out was the instructor, Domonique. She didn’t just tell Mihonna what to do, she explained why she was doing it, which was really nice to see. Both of them made the whole experience comfortable and professional. I’ll definitely be back!
