The manager, Garrett, is praised for his friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate approach, and the team generally shares these positive traits. However, some customers have noted challenges with finding available spaces after the wash, especially during peak times, which could be improved.
Overall, The Auto Spa Express provides a high-quality car wash experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction and a well-maintained facility.
Just wanted to give feedback on an experience I had at the Monocacy location, the manager/supervisor Jonathan Hacen went above and beyond in helping me when my car locked with the keys inside. It took about an hour to get into the vehicle and Jonathan was great.
We always go here to clean out the car. Sometimes the vacuum might not have good suction but this time it was working like new so I gave them 5 stars. It's free unless you do the car wash.
Great car wash. Wish they had a little more space to provide some extra vacuum stations. And it’s hit or miss with the vaccines as they are Sometimes are clogged. (I cannot imagine what people are vacuuming up in their cars that would clog an industrial vacuum. Otherwise great service and price.
