I needed my Dell battery replaced and the one I brought them was not the correct one. The staff there were very kind and re-ordered the correct battery and installed it and also gave me a good deal on extending my memory and storage. They were quick and courteous and, unlike some other local tech groups, didn’t want to charge me a monthly fee for a maintenance plan that I didn’t need. Thank you!
Swapna was knowledgeable and professional with my phone problems. I was able to retrieve my photos and important information from my water damaged android phone. Thank you for your help Swapna.
This was our first time using Techy. We went in thinking that the charging port on my Samsung phone had quit functioning. I was told that there were none in stock but by the time I got to the store so that the correct one could be ordered, I was told that there was one in stock and it could be installed shortly. Then the young man who was taking care of us said he wanted to check the charging port and he found out that the port had dirt in it and didn't need to be replaced. I was very pleased that this level of care was taken and a more costly repair was avoided! I highly recommend them!
