Mr.Stephen Slater was my attorney for my disability case in 2012. I finally won my case in 2014. His office staff went above and beyond for me. He is an incredibly kind and patient and smart and knowledgeable Atty who I think the world of. I cannot say enough good things about him and his office staff, and how much help they were able to give me. I highly recommend his law firm. He’s an incredible person who I’m forever Grateful for.
Words fail to describe the appreciation I feel towards these guys. Highly recommend talking to them if you have issues with social security at all. They're very friendly and take their work seriously. They contact SSA on your behalf and help with understanding what SSA is saying, what their letters mean, and what they want. They work with you based on your income for the amount they take too.Talk about relief. These guys remind me of everyday heroes trying to fight and do what's right. They're super power is dealing with SSA. :-)
I've been denied 3 times for disability so far, I now have an appeal. I've lived in way station, and prolouge. Both being mental health housing programs, I was homeless in between these programs and then after prolouge due to addiction issues. I am clean now thanks to my friend who is helping me have a better life. I have legitimate cognitive disabilities, I am slow, do not understand things sometimes. And experience neuro fatigue from my severe traumatic brain injury. I can physically only work part time.
