I really thought hard about writing this review and sad that I feel I have to.I love Dr Ahmed however on several occasions including now I have requested a RX renewal for synthroid since 11/27. I have called multiple times they said it was done but CVS didnt have it. When I had a spine MRI they never called to tell me my spinal cord was compressed I had to call myself to see what the next step was. Things are starting to pile up its not the place it used to be. Very sad.

Doctor T and her nurse Tashauna (sp?) are amazing! They are always very efficient and prompt with services. I believe they both honestly care about me and my health! Top notch! Now that front desk staff which we can’t avoid leaves a bit to be desired. Patients should never feel as a bother to the staff but it does seem as if that is the case. I know a lot of the world has changed post covid but a little kindness, a smile, and care for those being serviced goes a long way!!

Can not say enough good things about Terence Barlow. He is thorough and patient. I never feel rushed or brushed off. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. I have been searching for a provider like this for YEARS.Front desk staff has been hit or miss. No glaring issues, just not always friendly. Overall, the reviews of this practice are misleading.
