Reception review: I wasn't able to make an appointment today due to time constraints, but reception was incredibly nice and helpful, and I was able to get a same-day appointment at another hospital. Because of this positive experience, I will be much more likely to call Old Farm for regular vet needs.
The front desk staff is friendly and efficient and the vets are really knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Hiltner is fantastic with our very surly old man cat. This is a really nice veterinary office with very sound practices. We have vetted dogs and cats with them and are happy with services for both. We had to switch from a vet we used for over twenty years and we are extremely satisfied all around. We have also used the grooming services here, which have been absolutely outstanding! Highly recommend!
