My phone battery life was concerning. The tech checked the health of my battery, made some recommendations and gave me some alternatives. He was really helpful and very knowledgable. He replaced my battery while I waited and also helped with a screen protector. I decided to also buy a nice case! Very nice experience. Luxse is a really good guy.

I can't recommend Luxse Ky enough at The Phone Doctor enough! An absolute gentleman and the most pleasant person to interact with. He saw me immediately on a moment's short notice. His work is methodical, professional and I'd daresay, clinical (most impressive, I've never seen anything like it!). He records every step of the process and takes the utmost pride in his craft. Great customer service. Luxse is a cool dude. He worked with my budget and we got it done. My iphone x fell in some water for a couple of seconds. Screen went blank nothing would work. Left it with them for about 6 hours and now it's working perfectly. Thank you guys so much. Go check them out if you're in the area
