Called Cesar a few months back about a major renovation of the exterior of the townhome, including complete roof, fascia board and soffit replacement, plus gutter. Compared with a few other contractor's quotes, Mendez's is the most competitive. Now that the weather is warmer, I scheduled the work with Cesar. We discussed all the details of the project and Cesar addressed all the concerns meticulously. The job took almost a week to complete and work is outstanding.
