I want to express my complete satisfaction with Cesar at Mendez Remodeling for the fantastic job they did on replacing my parents' roof. This experience was excellent from start to finish, and what made it even more impressive was how easy it was to manage despite being in California.Cesar and his team were not only professional, responsive, and punctual but also made it incredibly convenient for us being remotely located. They provided a thorough assessment and maintained clear communication throughout the project. Before I hired this company, I spoke with many other companies to compare services and prices. I am very happy that I chose Mendez remodeling to do my roof replacement and they repaired a ceiling that I had a major leak in (bc of the roof damage). They communicated very well in a timely fashion and provided a price estimate. I think their pricing is extremely competitive and better than other companies I spoke with. They worked with me to determine which materials I wanted and they did the job within three days of speaking with them. Additionally, they did a great job with cleanup.
