I have been wearing glasses for 10 years now, and finally decided it was time to get contact lenses. Natalie was assigned to me for my first contact lense class/orientation. I was really struggling with putting the contacts in. Natalie was sooo encouraging, and taught me different techniques. I was still unable to get it in. She provided tips for what to do when I get back home. I came back some weeks later for my second orientation. I was so particular about selecting a day that Natalie would be available because she was so amazing and encouraging! Was in terrible pain and was seen same day by Dr Gill. She was amazingly considerate and took great care of me, no wonder this place gets amazing reviews and I’m more than happy to contribute one.

I've been going to Dr. Gill at Longmeadow for several years (today being the most recent), and I've always had a great experience. Over the years, every Front Desk team member I've interacted with on the phone and in person has been helpful and efficient. Every technician who has taken my health history and performed preliminary tests was pleasant and knowledgeable. Last but not least, I completely trust Dr. Gill to get my complicated progressive eyeglasses prescription right, and to monitor my eyes for all the conditions people in their sixties are susceptible to.
