We did a walk-in for my 5-year-old who needed new glasses, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the friendly receptionist to the specialist who helped with my son's glasses, everyone was incredibly helpful and patient. The staff made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and excellent service!

Fantastic experience all around! Dr. Chen was friendly and thorough & the rest of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. My glasses were ready the same day! Love the personal, non-corporate feel of this office.

I have been wearing glasses for 10 years now, and finally decided it was time to get contact lenses. Natalie was assigned to me for my first contact lense class/orientation. I was really struggling with putting the contacts in. Natalie was sooo encouraging, and taught me different techniques. I was still unable to get it in. She provided tips for what to do when I get back home. I came back some weeks later for my second orientation. I was so particular about selecting a day that Natalie would be available because she was so amazing and encouraging!
